Please read these conditions carefully before using LaPiccola.com. By using the website, you automatically agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped via various couriers dependant on the order. Smaller items are usually sent by Royal mail within 24hrs of cleared payment being received (subject to stock).
 
Tracking:
Tracking details can be provided (where applicable) on all machines and larger orders and must be shipped to customers billing addresses unless agreed directly with LaPiccola.com. Where a customer has given a delivery address different to their billing or home address there may be delays in shipping.
 
Refunds:
LaPiccola.com take great care to ensure all products are complete and correct before shipping to our customers. If for any reason the item is incorrect or damaged then please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.  We will then look to exchange or refund the value of the item.
 
General Returns:
Items will only be refunded or exchanged if you have notified us within 5 working days starting the day after receipt. Any "Free" items that were sent with the product that are not returned will be charged at full RRP. In some circumstances though the original delivery charge may be refunded, we can not cover the cost of returning the item to us. Refunds will be issued against the original payment method used.
 
Faulty items:
If your item is, or becomes faulty within the warranty period them please contact us. Please then return the product ensuring that it has been packaged correctly as we cannot be held responsible for damaged items caused due to a lack of care when shipping back to us. We will then have a technician check and where necessary repair or replace the product.

 

LaPiccola.com Account:
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. If you are having problems recovering you password it may be that you did not specify a username when registering, in this case please re-register and order or contact us to activate your old account.

All content included on the website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software its affiliates or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this website is the exclusive property of LaPiccola.com. You may not extract or re-utilise parts of the contents of the website without written consent. In particular, you may not utilise any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (either once or many times) for re-utilisation of any substantial parts of this website, without written consent via the contact page.

LaPiccola.com as well as logos or other marks indicated on our website are trademarks or registered trademarks, and our company’s graphics, logos, page headers, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is likely to cause confusion among customers.

VAT, Pricing & Availability:
All non food products exclude V.A.T. Our VAT number will be on your invoice. Beyond what we say on the website please note that our estimate of dispatch and shipping times are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch or shipping times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order are unavailable.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the hundreds of products in our catalogue can be priced incorrectly. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions:
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

W.E.E.E Directive:
At LaPiccola.com we support recycling and the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE Directive) which aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic goods on the environment, by increasing re-use and recycling and reducing the amount of W.E.E.E. going to landfill. W.E.E.E, seeks to achieve this by making producers responsible for the collection, treatment, and recovery of waste electrical equipment, and by obliging distributors to allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. Once you have purchased your machine from LaPiccola.com then please keep your invoice/receipt as proof of purchase and once you are ready to dispose of your machine then please contact us for collection.

Events beyond our reasonable control:
We would not, and will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

These conditions are governed by and have been constructed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights should not be not affected by these terms and conditions.
